Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support for your systems
Yes, not only for the systems we install, but also for existing systems that you might have.
What kinds of locks and access control systems do you offer?
Some of the locks and systems we offer include electric strikes, mag locks, key pads and card readers, and traditional style locks not requiring power.
Do you install or service commercial roll up doors?
We do not install or service commercial roll up doors.
Do you provide staff training after installation?
We do provide staff training. This usually consists of training an individual of your choosing on how to operate the day to day operations of the system or lock installed.
Do you provide estimates over the phone?
We try to avoid giving out any estimate unless one of us has seen the site in person. This works to avoid any unforeseen problems that might happen during installation of locks or access control systems.
My door has issues operating and I’m afraid it may not be suitable for access control
If your door has issues opening, closing, locking or unlocking then we are also able to fix those as well to get your door in shape and ready for access control to be installed.
